How to capture Screen on Samsung Galaxy Y Android Phone

You sometimes need to capture the screen of your phone to save or send some details to anyone. Then for this you need another phone or camera to capture the screen of your phone.
There are some software which can do this for you like ScreenShot UX, an android paid app and Dalvik debugger by connecting your phone to the PC.

For Samsung Galaxy Y  S5360, you are able to capture screen without using any app or without connecting the phone to PC.

To capture Screen you will need to press the HOME key and without leaving Home key instantly press the POWER key once . Your screen will captured with  camera sound.

This will capture your screen and save the image to Gallery into the Screen capture folder with jpeg format.
I have tried this only on Samsung Galaxy Y, but you can try this method to capture on your Android phone.
